Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based collaboration platform that brings together chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and application integration. Teams provides a unified and secure form of communication that doesn't require the sender to be identified. This helps to protect user privacy and prevent spam and phishing attacks. Email is a popular communication channel, but it is prone to attachments and phishing, which can lead to data breaches and other security risks. Teams reduces the ability to send harmful files by allowing users to share only those files that are relevant to the conversation. Excel integrates directly into Teams, providing faster and more reliable data and support.

Important Notice:
A $100 Processing Fee Applies to Mailed ChecksTo ensure efficient operations and minimize delays, we discourage sending checks by mail.
The reasons for this fee are:
Manual processing: We incur additional labor costs to open, process, and deposit mailed checks.
Unreliable mail service: Unfortunately, the USPS is not always reliable, which can lead to lost or delayed payments.
We value your time and appreciate your understanding in using alternative payment methods, such as online payments or bank transfers, to ensure a smoother and more efficient long-term relationship.
PS: Use Delta or CashBack cards for best value. Paying with credit card allows for better operational cashflow.
